PRIVACY
The personal information requested will be processed in accordance with the Italian privacy law (law 675/96), and are necessary to A cà dî Bafirussi di Sassarini A. for the management of the reservation request.
Personal data will be treated in strict confidence and will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Once the availability has been established (by making the request through the form on the page), the reservation will be valid only if guaranteed by sending a valid credit card number by e-mail or by the deposit of one night and finally confirmed by A cà dî Bafirussi di Sassarini A. in writing to: cadibafirussi@gmail.com
CANCELLATION
The cancellation, total or partial, must be communicated via e-mail (cadibafirussi@gmail.com) within 7 days before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation or change of booking after the above terms, the following penalties will be charged:
- Total or partial cancellation communicated between 6 and 2 days in advance = 1 night amount.
- Full or partial cancellation communicated 1 day before the arrival date = full amount of the stay
- Lack of arrival = full amount of the stay.
- Request for a reduction of the stay in the 6 days prior to arrival or early departure = 1 night amount.
Cancellations, total or partial, are effective only if confirmed by A cà dî Bafirussi di Sassarini A. in writing via email.
TOURIST TAX
The Municipality of Vernazza has approved the establishment of the tourist tax.
This tax came into force from 2015 (from March 1 to October 31) and will consist of the payment of € 2.00 per night per person for the first three (3) days of stay.
Children under the age of 11, guides and drivers from groups staying in the municipality are exempt from payment.
This is a tax purpose and the proceeds will be fully invested by the City Administration in projects in the area. Recoveries of uncultivated lands, inter-estate roads and reconstruction of dry stone walls will be financed ( to find out more ... )
ARRIVING BY CAR
The property does not have private parking for guests and access by car to Vernazza is reserved for residents only. There is however a paid parking at about 1 km. from the town connected by a shuttle bus (free for those who use the parking) with the country. The timetable is from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm with a cadence of about 15 minutes. There is also a public bus service connecting Vernazza to the surrounding hamlets, some of which run to the village of Vernazzola where there is parking. Timetable: from 08:40 am to 07:00 pm.
In the Cinque Terre area there are no petrol stations, the nearest distributors are in Levanto and La Spezia. To reach Vernazza from La Spezia, take the panoramic Litoranea delle Cinque Terre, which connects Monterosso to Riomaggiore.

Exit at the tollgate of Carrodano Livorno-Genova A12, descend from a height of about 400 meters to Levanto. At Levanto you climb up to the Colle di Gritta where the junction for Monterosso is located. The junction for Vernazza meets shortly after the Sanctuary of NS di Soviore. The road with hairpin bends, although in good condition and well marked, is very narrow, pay attention to vehicles coming in the opposite direction. Travel time: 45 min. about.

The S.Stefano Magra exit of Livorno-Genova A12 or Parma A15-La Spezia, is connected to La Spezia by a stretch of fast motorway. Once in the city, follow the signs for the Cinque Terre.
Along the seafront and after passing the Military Arsenal, take the Litoranea delle Cinque Terre (SS370). The junction for Vernazza meets a few kilometers after the town of Volastra.
At this point the road narrows a lot and almost falls precipitously towards the sea. Again, pay close attention to vehicles coming in the opposite direction. Travel time, from the toll booth: 45 min. about.
